we bought our boat brand new last summer. after about two months a white residue or kind of fafding started appearing on the dash panels. we tried everything to get it off. the boat has only been on the water one summer but the dash looks ten years old. the dealer said to try warm soapy water , we did that and it did not help at all. has anyone else had any problems or does anyone know how to get mariahs help.and by the way our cd player quit working,our ignition switch broke, and our right side exhaust manifold gasket had a hole in it. all in less than 55 hours lake time. kinda thinking i should have bought another brand

Wow, that's a shame to hear.... Can you post a pic of the white residue on the dash?

Have you tried to contact Sea Fox Mariah about possible warranty repair on the other items? It would seem to me they'd be up to fixing the ignition and exhaust manifold gasket, that should at least be covered under Mercruiser's warranty? If they don't offer any help, I'd call Mercruiser directly and see what their take on it would be.

The CD player, I can understand Sea Fox Mariah not covering that, as it's an aftermarket item, but have you tried to contact the manufacturer?
