Default Removing the tachometer sc25

Hello, I need some help. I own a 2006 sc25.
Since my tachometer is broken, I tried to remove it. The problem is that I can't remove it from the front.
I've loosened the screws on the silver cover that surrounds the instruments and tried to remove the entire instrument cluster from the front.
But that doesn't work.
From behind, below the dashboard, I can see two circular openings. However, they aren't big enough and aren't located directly behind the tachometer.
I can't reach the tachometer's mounting screws and cable connections from behind/below.
Does anyone have any idea how I can remove the tachometer?
Can I remove the entire dashboard?
I would be grateful for any advice. I don't want to force it and break anything.
Regards, Sven

Hi Sven, I'm not sure about the SC25 dashboard, but on my model 275 there is a bracket on the back of the tach holding it into the dash. I remove that bracket and the tach slides out the front. That would be tricky if you can't see the back of the tach on your model. You may try searching the forum on here for SC25 to see what comes up.

I suggest you also post this question on the Mariah Owners Club Facebook page. Seems like most everyone has moved from this site to the facebook page so you will get more answers there.
