Same on mine, had to take of the lens from the light and there was a screw holding the top in place.

Yep, you guys were right, and idk why I didn't think to look there but I Popped the lens off the courtesy light and bam, there were more screws! Thanks again for helping me not break something. Got my sea air temp readout recalibrated.

Try this. This was an image I took of my console wiring a while back. My captains call is the center switch and the one with 2 large gauge red wires and the small black wire.
