99 250z cuddy lower unit sometimes won't trim up when at idle speed and once as I was motoring down lake hit trim up and it wouldn't stop went all the way to trailer position. Down seems fine and seems to work all but one time at cruise speed. Trim switch on swim deck seems to be acting normal. Could it need a new switch on console or is it the trim pump itself acting up.
