So you get them from inside the boat all the way against the transom? Or are they inside the out drive all the way up at the transom

I think from the inside is the only way you can get to them

That's what I am thinking based on the other comments. I know a lot about cars and forklifts but I have a lot to learn about the boat maintenance, lol!
