Default Steam from exhaust pipes

I have a 2000 Jubilee 244Z with the exhaust set up that lets you switch from below the water surface to above. When I have the exhaust below the water level there is steam coming our of the exhaust pipes above the water. Is this a problem and is there a fix.

It is a possibilty that your flaps are staring to go out, so in turn are not closing all the way, try to see if you can still adjust them

Are you referring to the internal parts in the exhaust diverter? I don't have flaps on the outside on this model.

My 302 does the same thing... I don't think it hurts anything.
