    Don't feel bad I have to do some to mine too. Like a touch up paint job brakes and tires possibly new bunks too.

    Got the bunks adjusted today when I pulled it off at the ramp. Boat now sits perfect on the trailer. Tows really good behind the Durango. Brakes ok if you take it easy and pay attention. Now it needs some outer bunks installed, a paint job, larger tires at some point and I will add brakes when funds are available. Have a few boat issues I want to resolve first.

    I cheapest for brake kits I found was on amazon. Tires are not cheap I paid 180 per tire with rim. Love boats but they are money pits. At least u didn't have to get a new motor. I did and it cost me 3800.
