Default 2001 182 Shabah interior ??

Hello all,

I'm new boat owner, I just got a 2001 182 Shabah in red with 220 hp.

I have couple of questions. Anyone know what does the two ACC switches control on the dash?

and the carpet on the side wall behide the interior side panel is unglued.

How can I remove the insterior side panel so I can reglue the carpet back on the side wall.

I can't find any nuts or bolt holding the panel on.

Thank you for any help.

Congrats on the boat! In regards to the switches, there are really only 2 ways to find out. Either trace the wire out to its source or turn it on and see what happens! Lol. I had 3 accessory switches on mine and I have one that I still do not know what it operates! They could be used for anything from a radio to a water pump for a sink to a depth finder/GPS, or a power outlet, etc. Sorry, not much help!

The side panels lift upward to remove.

Sometimes the ACC switches weren't wired to anything, so the owner could wire up their own accessories. That could be the case with yours. The only way to find out is to do some wiring investigation.

    Thank you for the response

I found the hidden bolts holding the side panel on. boy what a job I had to remove the bench seat and the driver chair. to remove the side panel.

you guys were right the ACC switches go to nothing. One of them has wires going to the bow of the boat then stops I guess for mooring lights but my boat doesn't have the mooring lights.

The other ACC switch has no wires plug in to it.

Most of the Mariah boats had extra wiring installed as part of the wiring loom whether it was going to be used or not. You will find the bow light wiring, extra speaker wiring etc throughout the boat and everything should be labelled.
