I have a 98 Shabah with a white dashboard / console area. The white is showing a discoloration or yellowing in spots. I've tried a bleach based cleaner but doesn't seem to be helping. Just wondering if anyone has experienced this and found a remedy? Will try to post some pics. Thanks.

I am an engineer and use plastics extensively, that looks like classic UV damage. Unfortunately there is nothing that can reverse the process. Your only option is to sray the entire area with a vinyl stain/paint.
