Any idea on how I could get the computer and water temp, and air temp sensor, and display. I just love that. I don't care so much about the windshield wipper and the defoger.

If it was that easy then many of us would have already done so. I believe your only possibility is if you find a used one somewhere or a boat that's being wrecked. The windshield "wipper" isn't difficult to find and i'm not sure about the "defoger".....

I know it's not exactly what you're looking for - but there are a few aftermarket depth meters that fit in the standard dash opening that will also display water temperature.
