What a great Father's Day! Just brought home my 98 202 Shabah on June 13 and had our maiden voyage this past Sunday. I love this boat! You must understand that I was a little apprehensive because we just downsized from a 26' triple log pontoon with a 250 hp outboard. It was a budget cut decision to go to a smaller more affordable boat. The Mariah feels like a sports car and is so much fun. Had 8 on board and she performed great. On the list with my local upholsterer to have bow and cockpit covers made, and need to get depth finder working. Other than that, she is like a new boat. I know why Mariah owners are enthused about their boats. Here are some photos I took after her first bath!

We test drove the boat in Beaver before buying it, but that is about 6 hours from where we live. We were on Kinkaid Lake near Murphysboro, IL. I do wish I were closer to those Arkansas lakes. They are great.
