Question Cooler Drain

Hey guys, I was wondering if anyone has had to fix the drain on their cooler in the dash. I noticed it wasn't draining so I put a little water and air to the hole and discovered that where the drain tub was connected to the hull, the plastic piece had broken off with the tub still attached so the cooler will be draining into the hull and any water that comes in thru the hole from outside the boat will go in the hull also. I am not sure how to get the interior side panel out to find a way to run another hose and have it drain out the side. I may just have to plug the drain in the cooler and drain it into something when needed.
I hope someone can make sense of what I just said, b/c I am not sure I know what I said.

every season I run about an ozarka bottle of water/ chlorox to keep it from mold. You Might be able to reach it from the bow flip up seat. If not just let it run into the hull and if excess is there it will bilge out

my problem is fixing the drain tube to where it will drain out of the hull, the nozzle that is attached to hull broke off where the tube connects. The cooler now drains in the floor b/c there I had to take the tube out. I am just trying to see if there is a way that I can put another nozzle on the hull so i can hook the tube back up and drain the water out
