Hi Jason,
On our old Sea Ray, I used to use a water powered drain snake. It's a semi ridge plastic tube with a multi hole nozzle at one end ( one on the tip and a couple around the perimeter) and a faucet or garden hose hookup at the other end.
You just hook it to a water source, stick it in the drain opening, turn on the water and feed it through until the tip comes out in the bilge. Worked really great as it blasts all the crap stuck in the drain channel.
Best thing is, no chemicals! Any hardware store should carry one like this (click here).
