Hello all, glad to have joined you. Tons and tons of helpful information here!

So, last summer I purchased my Mariah, my first large bowrider, on the advice of a friend who is a devoted Mariah owner. It bought what was advertised to be a 1992 Mariah, there is a '1900' stencilled on the windshield, otherwise no other markings I can see. Smaller rear sunpad with two rear jumpseats beside the engine compartment.

4.3 Merc.....apart from some small vinyl splits which i intend to remedy...can any of you more knowledgable Mariah owners give me any further info on the actual model and any interesting or useful insight into this boat?

On further inspection of some 1992 pics in the Gallery, I have to think it's a Mx19 - it's so very simlar to rpeterson's red one, although all of my interior is original - i'm jealous of his!

Yes, your boat looks very similar to the MX19. Yours looks to be in awsome shape.
