Small water leak was coming from just under the riser, took it off, started to clean the riser, I think I'm going to have to replace it though...it looks pretty rough and the jacket walls look to be pretty expanded and prohibitive of water flow...

The jackets in the exhaust manifold look similar, so I suppose I should replace that too? If so, any tips on removal? Somewhere I can look at an exploded diagram?

Looks pretty rough. If I were you I would go buy the seloc repair manual for your stern drive. That way you have specs for torque. Should be pretty straight forward though. Good Luck
