hello I just bought a 1995 davanti z225 and absolutly love the boat- I do however have one stupid question- how do you fill the fresh water tank? Feel free to laugh but any help would be appriciated..

Look for a large round chrome cap with a straight slot in it, unscrew the cap and fill the tank.

took the cover off under the dash and found the fresh water hose just laying there like the freshwater tank was never installed- Can't find any evidence that the tank was ever there-no sign of a mounting location or a fill cap anywhere on the hull... weird..

This is what they used for a freshwater supply. This hooks up to the hose you found.



You can purchase them at your local West Marine or other boat supply store for around $10.
