Default Power Seat Wiring

I have found that PO said the power seat did not work, so i applied straight power to the actuator and it worked, I dug a little deeper and found that all the wiring for the hatch switch and the seat switch and the sea/air temp light was disconnected. I have looked through the manual and supplements section and didn't see anything. Am i just over looking it? Does anyone have any idea how I might get this wired back up so that I can get the seat to work again. I have noticed that those three switches seem to be wired together. Thanks in advance.

Jeremy

I had a similar problem with my z252. I found an inline fuse in the engine compartment near the battery switch. Perhaps you have a similar fuse, check that out. Bill

I'll check for a fuse but what I really need is to know how the wires hook up to the switch on the panel.

if you use a multimeter on continuity setting you will see how the switch works, but basically it would be motor wired to middle pair, and power wired to top pair and bottom pair, but crossed from each other (so if positiv on left at top, then positive to the right on the bottom). So when switched one way the middle pair is connected to the power one way round, when switched the other way the middle pair are connected to the other power pair the opposite way.

    Hope that makes sense.
