Default Fuel tank access

Hey there Everyone, New Mariah owner here. I need some information for my 1995 202 Shabah. Access to the fuel tank is under the rear seat, there is a cover that consists of grommet that is sandwiched between 2 round metal plates about 4" in diameter with a bolt through the center that is tightened by a wing nut. The grommet resembles a diaphragm type shape an needs to be replaced. does anyone know part# or any information? any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. Greg

Not sure but based on the photos that looks like a standard 4" pipe test plug that can be found in Home Depot or Lowes. Plumbers use them to test the air tightness of piping systems.

A 'part number' wont help you at all. That looks like something a prior owner cobbled together.
