hey guys i have yet to drop my mariah into the water but it is coin soon..my family owns a float cabin in the barclay sound. what do you think how this boat will perform in the salt chuck? Has anyone ever been in the ocean with thier mariah. also i am gonna need to mount a kicker motor on the swim grid ...has anyone done that? Has anyone outfitted thier mariah for salmon fishing?

I live in Daytona bch. Fl. and yes I frequent the ocean alot. I dont know what size your mariah is but mine handles the ocean quite nicely. I have no problems at all but I dont go to far off shore if that helps. The picture that you see is my boat in the ocean at the inlet of ponce inlet fl.
