Default Metering Rods

What metering rods are people using their Carter/Weber/Edelbrock 4 barrel carburetors on a 4.3LX Vortec engines? I've seen several threads around the internet saying that Vortec engines like to run richer than the standard setup calls for and to go up 2 metering rods. However, I have not seen which rods are "2 up" from the standard setup. There's a lot of metering options to choose from.

Mine are stock off a fresh carb rebuild, and is almost too rich I think. If you want to go bigger, pull yours out and look at the numbers on them. Take you less than 5 min.

I put the Edelbrock 1485 kit in mine when I rebuilt, so it's running .068x.057 rods with .089" primary and secondary jets.
