I need to Remove and rebuild the 4.3 on my 1993 Diablo 18. I generally don't expect the removal to be so terribly difficult, but am not sure where to start and the specifics of disconnecting it from the outdrive. Can anyone point me to the best manual and/or online guideline on how to do this removal.

Any pointers or suggestions are welcome.

We have the service manuals online, and I believe we have the installation guides as well. Those together will probably be a very valuable resource. Since you're a silver contributor you should have access to them. They're in the section called "Service Repair and Operating manuals" at the top of this category.
