Here is a cad file and inventor file for the console plate. Edit as you wish. This seemed to fit my boat so double check the dimensions for your boat. I make no guarantee that this is 100% correct.

4 mm galvanized iron.
I first made a wooden mold.
Cut out with a jigsaw.
Took me three hours of work.

So I have a machine shop that quoted me the following for a stereo bezel from CAD file. Is anyone interested in going in with me?

Material is .06 Alum 3003

1pc = 85.00

4pcs = 45.00 eac
