Hey guys, maybe i missed something but is there a spot to purchase the raised shield type emblems? I need two on my boat. (approx 6"tall by4" wide for the exterior hull area, and a small 3" tall by 2" wide for the swim deck area below the ski hook)

Sorry if this has been asked a thousand times already.

Any sources?

Nope. Not for the original ones (with gold edging) anyway. They do come up on E-bay occasionally and one of our members "Earthbound Misfit" (an ex Mariah employee) had a few for sale a week or so ago. You can try him and see if he has any left he's willing to part with.

WetWilly did some searching & found that you can also purchase the new versions (with silver edging) directly from the following vendor:

    Chatlee Boat & Marine
    2615 Jefferson Davis Hwy
    Sanford, NC. 27330

    Sales person: Jonathon Nowell

    Ph: (919) 775-7259
    Fax: (919) 774-1203

    As of 11/07:
The large Shields for the hull and seat backs were $24.95 each
The small Shield for the steering wheel was $12.95.
The shipping to California was $10.

Wow, looks like they have gone up in price.

I purchased the "new style" silver emblems from Pride of Muskoka (over a year ago) for $15 each. Since then, the marina is no longer selling Mariah boats. But I wonder if they can still order in parts for Mariah boats?

Hmmm, its been almost a month. Haven't seen Earthbound online in about a months time frame. I wonder if he is going to return? and I wonder if those emblems are still up for grabs?

If not, I may just slap on my new style emblems for now.

    180diablo,
I would go ahead and put on the new silver decals. You can always replace them if you get gold ones. The silver will match the rails on your boat and only a hard-core Mariah fan would notice the difference. If you put them on post some pics, I bet they will look good and many others will do the same!

Yeah I think I will end up doing that. After all, I did pay $15 for them.

I'll see if I can document the progress as well.

That'd be awesome if you could document it! That way people could see how the new shields look on the old models.

If anyone is missing the Shield sticker on their steering wheel, this is what the new Mariah shield looks like.

Though it doesn't stick out like the original gold one did, I think it blends in better with all the silver and chrome from the steering wheel, dash and windshield.
