First thing i would do is get rid of that ugly appendage stuck on to the outdrive and install a set of Smart tabs.

On this boat I would opt for the trim tabs instead of smart tabs. With the Captains chair on one side and back to back on the other, the boat will be leaning to one side while underway. That back to back seat is sure to be used quite often, and with trim tabs you could level the boat out. Just my two cents.

Mine has a captains chair for the driver and a sleeper on the other side and it doesn't lean while underway unless i really overload on one side. At that point i tell 'em to move so that i dont have to spend the $$$ on trim tabs.
