Default 2004 Mariah SX 18 boat lists

I keep my Mariah in the water, uncovered. After a lot of rain I noticed the boat listing to port by about 2 inches vertically. The bilge has fully pumped out. Any experience out there with this problem?

While it's at rest? It can be a sign of a water logged boat. But, a lot of boats list a little. Marine Surveyors use moisture meters to test for that.

It lists both at rest and on a plane. I don't think it was doing this at the beginning of the season. It takes about 300 pounds added to one side (2 people) to bring it level. The top speed is diminished about 3 mph. That's over 35 gallons. There couldn't be that much space available around the closed cell foam. The foam itself can not absorb water.

Does the keel drainage system drain the forward compartments under the seats and could that be somehow plugged?
