Default 1995 z275 Davanti (PROJECT MAYHEM)

Hello all-
Just bought a 95 davanti in the Chicagoland area and have my hands full! Think i bought it half way right but, needs lots.
previous owner had no business owning a boat. let everything go. Now the fun begins. Need a table and do not quite understand the 2 adjustable stands that screw into the floor? does anyone have a picture of what the table looks like? or if it doubles as the middle of the bed section in the cabin? figure it must also be used near the rear seats also, are'nt a lot of pictures or info on this boat that i have seen? also seam to have lots of electrical issues. hope to be on the water in a couple weeks! Looks like this site shoul be of help

Hey Redgragon and welcome aboard. Well, I guess your Z275 is completly different than my Z275. Was hoping that I could help. If you go through the forums, you should find the marketing materials for your particular boat. They should have the pics that you are looking for. As far as the cabin cushions go, it is either the table that is used for support and regular cushions go on top, or like in my boat, there are special supportive cushions that just lay in the middle. Hope this helps a little!

thanks for the reply! already know more about a Mariah than i EVER wanted to! A lot of strange options on these boats? to many bells and whistles to go wrong. power seats? air horn? 3 sinks? way to many things to fix for no reason. already found better to run new power than try to find why the old isnt working. boat was ridin hard and put away wet for lack of a better term! but, i should know every inch by the time im done.

Ha Ha! yea, there are alot of options, but thats what drew us to the Mariahs. My power seats didn't work either until I greased up the piston, and she worked like a charm after that. I personally love the power seats. With the push of a button I can slide the seat forward, drop the bolster and lean back on the seat while standing. I can then slide the seat back when I want to sit down. Mine was a salt water boat, so as far as the electrical, what I did is put my sanding wheel on my Dremel and took a few hours and cleaned every ground wire and every connector that I could easily get to. That fixed alot right there! Anyways, hope everything goes smooth for you so you can get out on the water!

Lol thats the spirit I just pop in when I get arm pump while power polishing and letting stuff dry now not sure if you could get away with a painless wring harness then add as you need they work great on classic car resto/mods. Well now that I have gotten into this girl a fair ways I am pretty certain she hit the salt water a few times fresh water boats don't get much rust or anode breakdown up here to short of a season. and from what I am looking at on parts lists looks like her out drive has been replaced. with a newer version.
