tragic. .... I have witnessed 1 or 2 of these a yr since we came up here. In every case it tends to be a non-local with very little water experience / or somebody too old or inexperienced in charge who shouldn't be ... not a good mix ... I feel for the families , all they were here for was an enjoyable time .....
