just a guess but you are probably out of luck unless those were not made in house. You should be able to have a shop make one or retro fit a standard one.

Does your posts have a any decals or labels with the manufacturer's name on it like "Todd" or "Springfield"?

Also, do your posts screw down into the floor mounts? A picture of the floor mount would be helpful as well...
