We have quite a few members here on the site who worked at the factory previously and will tell you the same things! If you end up talking to the workers again, let them know we've got over 12,600 members worldwide who appreciate their hard work and dedication!
Would love if you could post the upholster's info here, so we can share with our other members!  Or maybe convince him to join up as a member? I'm sure he'd get lots of attention here, and probably get a lot of business!
