I have a 1994 210 Talari that I have owned for 7 years and have a new issue. My boat won't break plane! Have done new plugs, fuel filter, even new carb. Runs great at fast idle but as soon as I hammer it it dogs down and won't go. Is there something I'm missing?

More details on how the motor is running. Sputters? Backfires? Hard starting?
How shade tree are you? Fuel filter? What is your choke doing? Any smoke? What color?
It's a system of hitting the high points and getting those out of the way.

Spun prop? If so, as soon as you put a load on it it will spin somewhat freely meaning your revs will go up but you wont go anywhere.
