This is my first post and introduction, my name is Sam and I'm from South Jersey, I boat on the Delaware River (yes i know I know) and also in the Chesepeake. Today I took my first run on my new 1999 Shabah 218 and I gotta say I was presently surprised on her giddy up and go. The Delaware was a little bit rough earlier so I decided to head into the C&D canal to see what she was made of and I enjoyed the perfect feeling of a smooth ride up on plane, shes a little different than my old Sea Ray, I felt spoiled with power steering . I gotta get used to the trim its a bit different from the Sea Ray but all in all Im a happy new Mariah owner and she is in her slip hopefully comfy on her first nite home. Thanks Sam
