i have a 2007 sx19 mariah already where the sundeck top the black stip of vinyl has already seperated and the manufature won't repair it. what can I do? in one place it's 2" seperation and several other places of about 1/4 inch holes along the stitching. any suggestions?

This isn't the perfect answer but it does work.

Find a RV supply store and pick up a roll of the clear awning repair tape. It has a very agressive adhesive. Prepare the damaged area per the instructions and apply the tape.

I used it to repair my RV awning and it has lasted for over 2 years now.

I have a 2007 SX18 that had a similar issue with the engine cover. I removed the cover and took it to my local canvas shop. They removed the vinyl, restiched everything and put the vinyl back on for $75 - it looks like new.
