Planning to take out five young adults and two parents for some wakeboarding and water skiing. Average weight 140 lbs. We have a seadoo as well. Our "new" Mariah is a 20' 5.0 2000 Jubilee. This may mean four people in the boat, pulling one on skis or wakeboard. Should this boat be able to handle this?

Quick answer - YES.

Long answer - Yes, the key is how your Jubilee is trimmed. You may need to move people around and work the outdrive trim to find the sweet spot but the 5.0L should have more than enough umph to do the job.
