Lake Powell water level for 2014
 

Hello everyone! Well, out here in California, we're having our driest winter in 150 years. So, all of our lake levels are pretty low. We're thinking of a Lake Powell or Lake Mead trip in late July or early August of 2014.

We were at Lake Powell in July 2013, and the water level was so low that we couldn't even use the
Castle Rock Cut. We did, however, learn about the Arizona Monsoons!

How's the snow in the Colorado river basin watershed this year? Is Lake Powell expected to rise, or is Colorado/Utah still in a drought?

Western slope is around 120% of average right now.
Powell is at 3576.35 elevation as of yesterday. That's 25ft lower than this time last year.:(
