This has to be one of the most creative uses of driftwood and garbage I have ever seen. My guess is that it was tied together by two boaters named Dave and Joe. This is part of Indiana's National Lake Shore, locally known as boater's beach. People come from as far as Michigan and Chicago to hang out at the NIPSCO warm water discharge, swim, drink beer, and get second degree sunburns.
