That will definately cause a tracking problem. Make sure you check the center pin on that side too.
I run Goodyear Marathons on my trailers and really like them. However , they are a little spendy.
Try running the trailer for maybe 30 miles after you move the axle. If you'll mark the tire where it is wearing so bad with chalk(the inside) it should give you a idea if it helped or not.

Finally had an opportunity to address the tire wear issue on my triple axle trailer.
As stated in previous posts the right front tire was toed out approximately 1/2 to 5/8 of an inch. Most likely from a curb strike or pot hole in the road. Anyway the final solution was to bend the axle back into alignment with a chain and hydralic jack laid horizontally on wooden blocks. . I had my wife hold a straight edge along all three tires and I applied pressure with the jack untill they were all in three in alignment. Now it's time to shop for D rated tires and 15" rims.
