does anyone know how to contact prestige trailer to get a letter or something to verafi the year and serial no for the trailer to meet inport laws to canada because my sticker is there but is faded off so you can n ot read it without the com pliance sticker and year of build it willnot pass so cannot stay in canada bummer for now any help thanks

Unfortunately, Prestige Trailers went out of business in 2009. They sold everything to Heritage Trailers Inc. Perhaps they could help.

I had the same issue with mine when I imported it.
The Border personnel just verifed that the sticker was there, did not look very closely at it.
What you now need to do is get a label printer, I used one made by 'Brother'.
Put the clear 1/2" label tape into the label maker and make your labels and place them onto your compliance sticker.
What size of boat do you have?
If you look in the catalog section on this site you will find information on either the prestige or chariot trailers.
The catalog will give you most if not all the information you need to put on the labels.

What year is the trailer?
Over 15 years is not subjected to the riv.
Mine was faded to nothing, CBSA saw that and did not care.

It will be the riv people you will have problems with.
Not sure how they will handle it.
Call them and find out.
