Default 222 windshield problem

I was wondering if anyone has had a problem with their windshield? Mine is overlapping about an inch 1/2 when I close it and I dont understand why. I can force it closed by pushing on the glass but its very hard to do.

You should be able to loosen all of the screws along the base underneath the trim strip and shift the window slightly. I'm not too familiar with the construction of the SeaFox Mariahs but this is how to resolve the problem on the original boats.

Yes , carefully remove the black plastic trim pieces. I found a hair dryer or heat gun on low setting works good to free the pieces more easily without breaking them.
You'll see the mounting hardware under the trim.
