So the black wire going to all your switches (should) be the "ground wire". No need to worry about that one. The red wire should be your power source coming from the fuse block. The third terminal (bottom if your switches are like mine) will go to the power side of your LEDS. Then the other wire coming from your LEDs needs to go to ground.
If they don't come on, first check to see if the light on the switch is coming on: if it is, the most likely you either have a bad ground to your leds, or you have the leds wired backwards, so simply switch the 2 wires.
If the light on the switch does not come on, Then check your fuse panel. Make sure 1. there is a fuse, 2. it is not blown, 3. it is not corroded.
