Talking Took SX20 out again today

We took the SX20 out again today. We now have about 20 hours on it. The only problem we have had with it has been the hour meter had to be replaced.(Faria).
The boat runs great and will do about 54 mph after putting a 21 prop on it. It holds corner at speed like on rails. It rides smooth and looks good. We are thus far quite happy with it. All of the rain here has slowed down the boating season here. All of the beaches are under about 10 feet of water.
We are making up for lost time after all of the rain. We also want to do our part the support OPEC and the larger oil companies. Burn that gas!!!!!

    Default Sx20

It has the 5.0 carb in it. It had a 23 pitch prop to start with and was extremely slow out of the hole and would only rev about 42 to 4300 rpm. The 21 improved the hole shot dramatically and upped the rpm to around 4500. That was with a full tank of gas with just myself and the admiral. Yesterday was a beautiful day on Lake Keystone. There was no wind and no other boats. It was like flying in smooth skies.

    boxcar,

Are there any ramps open on keystone? I was at Pier51 picking up some parts for my 179 Talari and it didn't look like any ramps were close to being usable. I'm in Stillwater so I usually use the Salt Creek ramp if I don't go to Cowskin Cove. Anyways, was there a whole lot of debris in the lake?

    Default Keystone ramps

Both ramps at Pier 51 are open. There is very little debris floating around. We were out Saturday and Monday as well. The water is as clear as Keystone is going to be. The ramps at the state park are the only ones open that I am aware of. I have not been to Walnut Creek State Park, so I can't speak for it, but all of the ramps at Salt Creek and Prairie View are closed. We just got back from riding the Harley around and looking at them. The only real problem is the traffic jams at the ramps at Pier 51. The Lake Country side wasn't real crowded when we went through there about an hour ago.
