The 302's are BIG boats. Unless you have a need for a boat that large (large family or large body of water to use it on) they really arent that great of boat to "play" with. So if you buy and move one of them to an area that is limited to it's uses, values can and do drop.
Here in Portland, we have both the Willamette and Columbia Rivers. Both quite large. Nothing like those that live in Seattle area with the Puget Sound, but the last 302 I say sold up here went in the high 30's, loaded with 500+ hours.
I bought mine in Los Angeles last fall for under 20k. It wasnt perfect. Ive fixed 99% of it and Ive upgraded more then a few things. Im still well under 25k and have another 5-7k to spend to make it like I want it.
If they are kept in tip top shape and are located in a area that has a demand for BIG boats they are an easy sell.
