I have a 99 jubilee 244 with 7.4 MPI with 28 pitch bravo 3 drive. How fast should it run? With a full tank of fuel and 4 people It shows 50. Turning 4200 to 4400 Rpm. Would love to put a 500EFI in it.

Low 50's is probably reasonable for that boat but never trust the boat speedo and always use a GPS to get an accurate speed reading. I believe you are at the low end of your rpm range so you might improve things a bit by going to 26" props. I would wait to see what some of the bravo 3 guys here have to say though.
