Default another prop question

Ok I know there are alot of prop questions on here already so I sorry for another one.

I am wondering if anybody knows where the pitch stamp is on the props. I need a new prop but boat is moored in the water all summer and I am lazy and only want to pull it once to replace the prop. Since I have to order one I need to find out what size it is.

Maybe someone on here knows what prop I should run. I have 19993 mariah 2350zc with the 7.4 liter and the bravo one outdrive. It use to come out of the whole and onto place awesome and I had a top speed about 58. I thought the pitch was a 19 but I dont anything about this. So can anyone help. I need to order one but I have to know the size first. Sorry I am such a bone head.

Brent

If you remove the prop you will find either the diameter x pitch or the part # stamped on the inside of the hub.

No wonder Mikeyt can get to 1129 posts so quick... he doesn't read anyone's posts!!! Brent said the boat was wet slipped and he was too lazy to see what's on it.

    Brent, I don't think there's any way a big block is turning a 19 pitch prop. I'd have to think it's a 21 or maybe even a 23.

Play around with Mercury's prop selector on their website. It may give you an idea what you have and what you're looking for. Here's the link...

I can't tell from your profile where you're located, but seeing that it's July, why not go for a swim with a floating or teathered wrench. Only takes a few minutes.

I am thinking I will take your advice and go for a swim. I take it these are easy to replace? Can it be done in the water?
