Default Fish finder location

I recently put in a sonar unit on my Shabah 250. It took me a while to pick out a spot in the dash for the unit. I've seen a few of the GPS units mounted up higher but I kinda wanted to keep the screen in a somewhat discreet location. Found a pretty sleek spot. uploadfromtaptalk1402778155978.jpg

Is the mount a swivel pedestal? Screen angle would be a issue for me it looks like.
Nice out of the way spot though.
I fish a lot , so here is where I mounted mine.

I have since replaced the X135 with a 522C color unit with built in GPS. I love it!

Nice Larry, I like the platform!
Swivel is not an issue for me. 90% of the time I have the Bimini up and there is no glare that I notice. The screen is pretty awesome on that unit I have, as in works well in direct light. Plus its not lighting up in my face at night, its down out of the way.
