Party platform on Shabah 250
 

Finally got the platform on last evening/this morning. I got the 80"Wx28"L "wedge" from Swim Platform Super Store. I live close enough to actually go to the store and talk with them. I spoke with Kelly-Ann, she did a great job! Took them my anchor hatch to color match because the samples were not very close. The color ended up being "Pearl". My brother an I bolted it on and it is stout. Had three 200+ lb dudes stand on it. I'm confident in its strength. It will work perfect for our needs.
(Don't mind the name of my boat! I'm not a fan of it. It doesn't sound very classy to me. I'd change it but am superstitious to changing the name of a boat, which I am seriously considering)Attachment 5398Attachment 5399

According to legend, each and every vessel is recorded by name in the Ledger of the Deep and is known personally to Poseidon/Neptune, the gods of the sea.

Not sure if this pair have jurisdiction over inland waters and lakes ;)

BTW, don't be suspicious about renaming, you just need to follow the procedure properly... I've done it twice with friends on their boats, and have had no issues. You just have to be serious about it and do everything it says.
