Default Custom Underwater LED Lights

Over the winter months I've been searching for a reasonably priced set of LED Underwater lights for my Z, after countless hours of online searching I just can not come to spending $400-600 for something of a cool factor at night.

What's my response to that issue? Design my own for a 1/2 of the price, with 10x the LED's. Cake!

-Electrical Circuit and design and been completed using Aluminum PCB board's, housing the new COB (Chip on board) LED's. Current colors are Red, white, Blue. RGB (variable-color) will be coming as soon as I finish the design for the wireless controller.

The LED underwater housings are made of CNC aluminum, and slightly larger than a iPhone 5.

I will release the full Specifications of the housings and LED quantity once I am satisfied with the preliminary testing.

Just as a Sneak Peak.. The Blue's should be emitting in the range of 3,000 Lumens, and Red In the range of 2,000 Lumens. ( YES, That's per piece!)

I will have pictures up as soon as possible.

    Can't wait John!
3000 lumens from the blues are awesome. Just curious as to what kind of draw they are?
I am looking at 1700 lumen lights now , but at 160.00 a pop I just don't know
    Keep us posted
Are you planning on selling these also , or just your own custom job?
I'm sure a few of us members would love to get our hands on some!

    Default Custom Underwater LED Lights

Colorado- I'm waiting on new PCB boards from China, they should be in by the end of the week.

If heat dispersion is as expected, I will be running 28 three watt LED's per pod! Lol.
My goal is to design the brightest led under water light on the market, with a price point that is affordable for the average weekend boater.

And yes! I would be more than happy to build them for anyone who is interested.

That picture is awesome! The lake I go to is pretty murky I don't think it would benefit me any to add that but is sure it cool!
