    can i ask,
Are you going to mount it to a jig before you weld it all up?
heat can do strange things to tube and i'd hate to see this go bad as it looks fantastic mate
( Sorry if i'm teaching granny to suck eggs )

Yes ask away I like having somebody double check my thoughts.
    measure 2-3-4 times cut once.
Yes it's in a jig kinda, because this is the proto type it's the jig itself. But it's mounted in a the same form as the hull shape, angles, width and holes for mounting.

Well the arch fit great but unfortunately I was holding the front up in the boat so was unable to get pics of it. But will get some on Sunday when I work on it again.

Did get a couple shots of the platform tho.

Little more progress today First coat of resin is on at the first layer of chop mate is on the under side. On shift tomorrow so not back on it till Wednesday. Hoping to finish glass work then. And paint by Sunday.

It was 72 degrees here today and family was hitting me up to go to the lake. We are only 4 weeks from being wet every chance we get.
