Default Buffing it out project

Planning to restore the Mariah's jell coat to like new.
Will start with softest compound and go down as needed.
Maybe not need to go below the finish stage of compound, white or purple, but will inform results as I go along.

This is an old aluminum boat, 1954 Feathercraft, I polished out a while back.
It did require quite a bit more agressive compound, and many stages to get to this shine.
Green, gray, red, pink and white... some areas just red and white.
Varable speed buffer is a must, and the more the better.
Is good to have a buffer for each grit of compound, because it is easy to mix up.
Did it this time of year too... November thru February.
Makes a real mess, you will look like a hobo, but the boat shines.

I've tested the polish in a few areas, and was really excited with results.

Keep us updated. Good luck. That aluminum one looks pretty cool!
