second comes the 3500 rpm grease wheel buffer
third comes the 3000 rpm (60hp/660v) polishing wheel. Green rouge. Keys is the metal temp. Youve got to get it warm, warm enough that you need gloves to handle it. Once the whole blade is warm the shine comes out.
We polish semi truck fuel tanks, milk truck/trailer tanks, warn winch front bumper bars, harley parts, etc.
We also chrome steel, brass, stainless & aluminum. We plate (5 colors of) zinc, woods nickel & electroless nickel.
............and we powder coat. We have ovens that are 15 feet wide and 30 feet deep. We can powder a smaller boat trailer, sand rail frames, rod iron fencing, etc.
