Talking Engine Compartment Restoration

Hello All,

I am looking to refurbish my engine compartment on my 1995 Shabah Z202. My carpeted engine "Box" has been removed and in doing do has removed my knee board storage (Because the belts are exposed to the back of the rear seat). I was wondering if anyone had pictures (the more the merrier) of their engine compartment just so that I get an idea of what I need to find/build to get this as close to factory as possible. Anyone who has done this, any information would be helpful.

I am looking for:
- ENGINE HATCH PICTURES
- CARPET SUGGESTIONS
- HEAT RESISTANT BACKING SUGGESTIONS
- DIMENSIONS OF SIDE WALLS AND FRONT COVER
- EXPLANATION OF THE ASSEMBLY OF THE ENGINE BOX
- IS IT REMOVEABLE OR DOES IT HAVE TO BE DISASSEMBLED
- IF ANYONE JUST HAS ONE TO SELL TO SAVE ME THE HEADACHE LOL

Really anything along those lines would be really appreciated. And like I said the more pictures the merrier!!!!

Thanks in Advance.

I looked through every 1995 Z202 and came up with squat. And the 1994 had a different transom shape, maybe Ill try to 1996 and see if anything is close. I probably should have mentioned that I did do some looking first before I posted so that I wouldn't be one of "those" guys lol.... Anyone that showed the engine compartment had the box removed or just caught one the edges. I am looking for purposeful shots of just that engine box.
